Firearm Safety Rules
At Lone Bear Tactical, safety is paramount. Every firearm owner bears the responsibility of proper handling, storage, and operational readiness.
Treat Every Firearm as Loaded
Always assume a firearm is loaded, regardless of how recently you checked it or who handed it to you. Never compromise on this rule.
Keep the Muzzle Pointed in a Safe Direction
Control the direction of the muzzle at all times. Never point a firearm at anything you do not intend to target.
Keep Your Finger Off the Trigger Until Ready to Shoot
Your trigger finger remains straight alongside the frame until your sights are on target and you have made the conscious decision to fire.
Be Sure of Your Target and What Is Beyond It
Identify your target positively before firing. Understand where your bullet will travel if it passes through or misses the target.
Secure Storage & Protection
Always store firearms unloaded in a locked safe, lockbox, or with a heavy-duty cable lock applied when not in active use or carry.
