1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Lone Bear Tactical website, purchasing products, or accessing "The Cave" operator portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree, do not access or use this site.
2. Age & Legal Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years where mandated by law) to purchase restricted tactical items, including body armor, blades, and tactical accessories. By placing an order, you represent that you meet all legal requirements to purchase and possess such items in your jurisdiction.
3. Restricted Gear & Legal Compliance
It is solely the purchaser's responsibility to verify and comply with all state and local laws regarding the ownership and use of tactical equipment. Lone Bear Tactical strictly prohibits sales of restricted equipment to convicted felons or unauthorized entities as defined by law.
4. User Accounts & "Call Signs"
When registering an account in "The Cave", you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Operator "Call Signs" must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful language. We reserve the right to revoke account access at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lone Bear Tactical shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification of equipment sold on this platform.
