Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods or custom kit builds, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via major U.S. carriers. Standard U.S. ground shipping is $14.99. Orders of $150 or more (after discounts) qualify for free shipping. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination state.
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States where legal to deliver the ordered products. Some restricted items may be limited by destination state or local ordinances. It is your responsibility to confirm legality before ordering.
4. International Orders
International shipping is not guaranteed for all product categories. Export-controlled or restricted tactical equipment may be ineligible for overseas shipment. Contact SUPPORT@LONEBEARTACTICAL.COM before ordering if you require international delivery.
5. Delays, Lost Packages & Address Accuracy
Carrier delays due to weather, customs, or peak volume are outside our direct control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Lone Bear Tactical is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact support promptly if a tracking update indicates a problem.
